This twofold approach provides a better tenant experience and strong cash flow to our investors. Through its expertise in the small residential space, Stolar has developed in-house renovation capabilities, which allow us more control over the construction process and more competitive pricing.

Stolar started with an investment thesis centered around buying single & small multifamily properties in the wake of The Great Recession. This was our sole focus for the first several years of Stolar's history. We sought to achieve high yields by buying properties directly from banks at discounted pricing levels and improving property values through hands-on construction & property management. Through this effort, we developed in-house construction & property management capabilities and laid the foundation for our recent pursuits.
