Development & Land Entitlement
We identify underutilized land parcels and coordinate with municipalities, the surrounding communities, and other agencies to deliver lasting structures that will create the most value and serve the community over an extended timeline.
Stolar's first venture was to acquire single & small multi-family properties that had been impacted by the distress caused by the Great Recession. Through this effort, we built out our construction & asset-management services. Stolar ended this venture as market conditions recovered and opportunistically sold off our homes to focus on transitioning our team to middle-market apartments.
