PETER BROSENS
Prior to co-founding Stolar Capital, Peter was with The JBG Companies (now JBG SMITH), a prestigious private equity real estate firm in Washington, DC. While at JBG SMITH he underwrote, managed, and developed large commercial buildings. Peter worked on several key deals of over $100mm in value and several hundred thousand square feet of commercial space. While in DC, he acquired, rehabilitated, and leased single-family homes in the Washington Metropolitan area during his free time.
At Stolar Capital, he oversees business development and manages the acquisitions department. Peter received his B.A. from Columbia University.

JOE CARROLL
Prior to joining Stolar Capital, Joe worked for The Related Companies in New York City and focused on Hudson Yards, a 28-acre, $20 billion development on the west side of Manhattan - the largest private real estate development in the history of the country. Joe began his career with The JBG Companies (now JBG SMITH) in Washington, DC, where he worked on a portfolio of 125 properties throughout the region with a focus on mixed-use, urban, infill projects.
Joe received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and his M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance & Real Estate from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

KYLE LAND
Kyle joined Stolar Capital in 2013 and leads Stolar’s in-house construction management, overseeing all of Stolar’s rehabilitation projects, and oftentimes acts as a general contractor on those projects. Kyle has extensive experience working on a broad array of projects including residential rehabilitation, ground up development of single-family homes, commercial space renovations, and sourcing materials for jobs via various supply chains.
In his history at Stolar, Kyle has overseen over 150 different renovation projects. Kyle received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Rutgers University.

KYLE PETRELLI
Kyle began his career in the investment banking division at JPMorgan Chase. Following this role, he went to CBRE, where he worked in the Global Brokerage division in their Midtown Manhattan office. After receiving his M.B.A., Kyle co-founded Stolar Capital where he is responsible for various aspects of investment strategy, including acquisitions, asset management, finance & accounting, and investor reporting.
Kyle received his B.A. degree from Columbia University and his M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance & Statistical Analysis from the Smith School at the University of Maryland.
